I hear this is very common when someone wins big. Now they ignore me and don't respond to my service requests. I woke up the next day and all my winnings were gone. They assured me my account was fine so I kept playing and won 32,000. I've heard this story many times from other big winners that say the same story, after winning big amounts they start having issues redeeming their prizes and customer service does not respond. I no longer receive emails for password resets or redemption requests. They claim they saw another IP address access my account in California but I live in Texas and they claim that's not suspicious to them. Finally someone messaged me back and said nothing was wrong with my account. My redemption requests were being canceled and other redemptions were being requested. I just recently had my first big win of 15,000 and immediately within 5 mins of winning my account started having suspicious activity.
